Andy holds the UEFA A License and FA Level 4 Advanced Youth Award and has worked in the football industry for over 20 years in Southampton’s successful youth academy. Worked at both grass roots and elite level. Andy has worked as a Football Development Manager for over 15 years and is an FA Coach Developer delivering UEFA B and C License qualifications.

Ed has worked at Southampton FC for the last 10 years, in which he has coached across the Foundation and Youth Development Phases within the academy. Ed is a Level 4 qualified coach and is currently coaching the SFC U13 Academy team this season.
