What a Tiny Toes Class Looks Like
No benches, no waiting, no pressure — just little ones, their own ball, and coaches who know how to make soccer feel like play.
Their own ball, endless touches
Every child gets their own ball and plenty of space. With small groups, no one stands in line waiting for a turn — they’re on the ball from the first whistle to the last.
- A ball for every child
- More touches, more confidence
Coaches who get toddlers
Our coaches meet kids exactly where they are. Simple cues, gentle guidance, and a whole lot of encouragement turn first-timers into proud little dribblers — at their own pace.
- Age-appropriate, play-based drills
- Encouragement over instruction
Confidence that carries off the field
In a calm, welcoming group, shy kids come out of their shell. Parents tell us their child goes from hiding behind their leg to running onto the field on their own.
- A warm, no-pressure space
- Friendships and first wins

Real Kids. Real Results.
We weren’t sure how our 3-year-old would do at first, but now Saturdays are his favorite day. He can’t wait to get on the field.
The coaches are incredible with toddlers. They strike the perfect balance between fun, structure, and learning. Sammy went from hiding behind me to leading drills.
My daughter is 4 and was terrified of group activities. Within two sessions she was running to the field on her own. The small group size made all the difference.
Tiny Toes, Answered
Everything Columbus parents ask before their little one’s first class.
How do I book a free trial?
Email [email protected] with your child’s age to request a free trial session. You can also register directly at soccerfieldacademy.com and select the trial option.
What’s the difference between the Ages 2–3 and Ages 4–5 classes?
Ages 2–3 is a Mommy/Daddy & Me class where parents participate alongside their child. It’s 30 minutes and focuses on comfort, coordination, and basic ball play. Ages 4–5 is more independent — kids follow coach-led instruction, build beginner skills, and play small games in a 45-minute session.
Does my child need soccer experience?
No experience needed. Tiny Toes Soccer is designed for complete beginners. Most kids joining have never touched a soccer ball.
Is Tiny Toes Soccer indoors or outdoors?
All Tiny Toes Soccer classes are held indoors at Soccer Field Academy’s training facility at 2901 E. 4th Ave, Columbus, OH 43219.
What should my child wear or bring?
Athletic clothes, a water bottle, and sneakers or cleats (either is fine). Shin guards are optional and not required for this age group.
How many kids are in a Tiny Toes class?
We maintain a small-group environment with a 1:8 coach-to-player ratio or better. Small groups are intentional — more touches on the ball and more individualized attention.
Is it month-to-month, or a season commitment?
It’s month-to-month — you can cancel anytime. Training runs in four-week blocks, and we always recommend starting with a free trial.
When can my child start?
Anytime. Join at any point in the cycle and we’ll pro-rate the cost for that four-week block. The best way to begin is with a free trial.
Are there make-up classes for missed sessions?
Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer make-ups for missed classes.
Is there a registration fee or required uniform?
No. There’s no registration fee and no uniform required — just $69 a month.
