Ball Mastery
Clinic.
High-repetition ball work. Every session. Ball Mastery isolates the technical foundations that separate good players from great ones — close control, quick feet, and first touch under pressure. More quality touches per hour than any team-training environment.

What Happens in a
Ball Mastery Session?
Three pillars every session — the technical foundation that makes everything else on the pitch possible.
The Ball on a String
Rapid-fire close control drills — inside, outside, sole-of-foot, and combination patterns. Repetitions train muscle memory until tight control becomes automatic under pressure.
Faster Than the Defender
Agility, change of direction, and explosive first step built through ball-integrated movement patterns. Ball Mastery players move with the ball — not separately from it.
Kill It. Control It. Go.
Every session includes first touch isolation — receiving under pressure from every angle, setting the ball where you want it in one touch, creating space before the defender arrives.
More touches.
Tighter control.
Real improvement.
Ball Mastery players get more quality touches per session than most players see in a full week of team training. Repetition builds muscle memory that holds up under pressure.

Is Ball Mastery
right for my player?
Quick answers to what most parents ask before signing up. Still wondering? Call or text us.
Who is Ball Mastery Clinic actually for?
Players ages U7 through U12 who want to build the technical foundation that team practice rarely has time for. It’s not beginner-only and it’s not advanced-only — it’s a repetition-based environment where every player gets more quality touches than they would anywhere else, calibrated to their age group.
If your player can pass and receive but needs tighter control, faster feet, or a cleaner first touch, this is built for them.
How is this different from regular Weekly Academy Training?
Weekly Academy Training builds complete players — possession, decision-making, small-sided games, the works. Ball Mastery is a technical add-on that isolates the three foundations most often skipped: close control, quick feet, and first touch.
The two complement each other: WAT for the full game, Ball Mastery for the foundation underneath it.
Can my child join if they’re not a Weekly Academy member?
Yes — non-members can drop in by the session at $40 ($50 from July 1). Just pick the right age group above and book.
Full-cycle pricing ($100 / cycle = $25 / session) is reserved for Weekly Academy members because it’s an add-on to existing membership.
Do I have to commit to a full 4-week cycle?
No. Drop-in is available every week for both members and non-members. The full-cycle option exists because it’s the best per-session value for members — but it’s never required.
How are the age groups split?
Two groups based on age and development stage:
U7–U9 — fundamentals-first, energy-forward, simpler patterns built for younger players still developing coordination.
U10–U12 — higher-tempo, more complex sequences, pressure scenarios that mirror real game demands.
What does my player need to bring?
Cleats or turf shoes, shin guards, water bottle, and their own ball if they have one (size 4 for U7–U10, size 5 for U11–U12). We have spares if needed — never let a missing ball stop you from coming.
When does Ball Mastery Clinic run?
Weekly at our Columbus facility (2901 E. 4th Ave). Specific times rotate by training cycle — current schedule appears at checkout. For the most up-to-date times, call us at (614) 300-0016.
