Train the first three steps.
SFA’s exclusive Speed Court is Central Ohio’s only reactive training system built for the moments soccer is actually won — first-step explosiveness, change of direction, and split-second reaction speed. Pair it with SoccerBot360 in our Tech-Fusion sessions for the only speed-and-skill platform of its kind in Columbus.
Grind Now. Shine Later.
The training most coaches can’t teach.
Most soccer training works on technique. Speed Court works on the moments before technique — how fast you see, decide, and explode. It’s a reactive training environment that measures and develops the parts of a player most field practice can’t reach.
Reactive Speed
Lights cue, players react. Trains the unconscious first step that separates good players from fast ones — measured in milliseconds, every session.
Cognitive Agility
Players don’t just move fast — they move right. Speed Court forces real-time decision-making under fatigue, mirroring 90-minute game demands.
Measurable Progress
Every sprint, every reaction, every change of direction is timed and tracked. Parents see the data. Players see the gains. Every session, every season.
Two systems. One complete player.
They’re not the same thing — and that’s the point. Speed Court trains the athlete. SoccerBot360 trains the technician. Tech-Fusion pairs both in a single 60-minute session.
Speed Court
The athletic engine. How fast a player reads, reacts, and explodes.
- Reactive speed and first-step explosiveness
- Change-of-direction and lateral quickness
- Cognitive agility under fatigue
- Sprint time tracking (10m and 40m)
- Game-pace decision speed
SoccerBot360
The technical brain. Touch quality, scanning, and precision under pressure.
- Ball mastery and first-touch precision
- Passing accuracy and weight of pass
- Scanning and pre-scan habits
- Decision-making under time pressure
- Tracked technical metrics every session
The only place in Columbus you get both.
One 60-minute session. 30 minutes on each system. Small group of 6–8 players. The pairing that makes complete players — not just fast ones or skilled ones.
60 minutes. Two systems. Zero filler.
Every Tech-Fusion session is the same structure — so players know exactly what they’re walking into, and parents know exactly what they’re paying for.
Activate
Dynamic warm-up tailored to the day’s focus — speed, agility, or technical.
Athletic Block
Reactive drills, sprint cycles, change-of-direction work. Every rep timed and logged.
Technical Block
Ball mastery, passing precision, scanning, decision-making under time pressure.
Review
Session metrics shared with each player. Parents get a recap they can actually read.
Show up. Get measured. Get better.
No paperwork mountain, no awkward “we’ll figure it out.” Here’s exactly what happens when you walk in the door.
Baseline Assessment
Your first session starts with a quick benchmark — 10m sprint, change-of-direction time, reactive agility — so we know exactly where you’re starting and what to focus on. Takes about 8 minutes.
Train On Both Systems
You’ll cycle through Speed Court drills and SoccerBot360 stations with a coach guiding every rep. Small group, 6–8 players max — never standing around, never lost in the back of a line.
Take Home Your Numbers
Before you leave, you’ll see your session metrics on screen and get a plain-English recap a parent can actually read. No jargon, no “trust me, they’re improving” — just the data.

Parents ask us this most.

What’s the difference between Speed Court and SoccerBot360?
They train different parts of the player. Speed Court is the athletic system — reactive speed, change of direction, first-step explosiveness. SoccerBot360 is the technical system — ball mastery, passing precision, scanning, decision-making.
Most players need both. Our Tech-Fusion sessions pair them in one 60-minute block — 30 minutes on each — so you get the complete development in a single visit.
What age groups is this for?
Tech-Fusion is built for players U8 through U18. Younger players (U6–U7) develop the prerequisite movement skills in our Futures program first, then graduate to Speed Court when they’re ready.
1-on-1 Tech Training is open to any age — including high school players prepping for college tryouts.
How long until I see measurable improvement?
Most players see measurable gains within 4–6 weeks of consistent weekly training. Sprint times and reactive agility scores show up first; technical gains on SoccerBot360 typically lag by a few weeks.
The exact numbers vary by player. Every session is logged, so you’ll see the trend line — not just hope it’s working.
What should I bring to a session?
Bring: indoor turf shoes or flats (no cleats), athletic clothes, a water bottle.
We provide: all soccer balls, the Speed Court system, SoccerBot360, and a coach who knows what they’re doing.
Can I drop in, or do I need to commit to a package?
Tech-Fusion is session-by-session at $25 — no package required, no monthly commitment. Most parents start with one session to see if it’s a fit, then build into a weekly rhythm.
1-on-1 sessions work the same way: book one, book ten, no contracts.
Can teams or clubs book Speed Court together?
Yes. We offer custom team packages for clubs and academy programs — typically 6–12 players, scheduled around your season. Pricing depends on team size and frequency.
Reach out to SFA or call (614) 300-0016 and we’ll put together a quote.
What if my player has never used reactive training before?
That’s most players when they start. The system is designed to scale automatically — beginner cues are slower and simpler, advanced cues stack reaction with decision-making. Every player works at their own level inside the same session.
First-time players get a baseline assessment so we know exactly where to start.
Faster first step. Sharper decisions. Better player.
