Cancellation Policy — Single-Session Rentals
Plans change. Here is exactly what happens when you need to cancel a one-off field rental at Soccer Field Academy, so there are no surprises.
Effective date: applies to single-session rentals booked on or after 1 October 2026. Bookings made before that date keep the previous 24-hour notice terms.
Weekly, block and contract rentals follow the cancellation terms written into their own rental agreement, not this page.
7+ days’ notice
Full credit toward a future field rental, or a free reschedule to another available slot.
2–6 days’ notice
50% credit toward a future field rental.
Under 48 hours or no-show
The rental fee is forfeited.
If we cancel
If Soccer Field Academy has to cancel (a facility issue or a severe-weather closure), you choose a full refund or a full credit.
How to cancel or reschedule
- Call or text (614) 300-0016, or email help@soccerfieldacademy.com.
- Include your name and the date and time of your booking.
- Notice is counted from when we receive your message to the start time of your rental.
- We’ll confirm your credit or new slot by text or email.
About credits
- Credits apply to future field rentals at Soccer Field Academy.
- Credits are not exchangeable for cash.
